"Victory’s claim that “the Defendants actions have likely destroyed their careers” is NOT TRUE AT ALL." The only thing that could ruin our career is if we gave up. We have been touring consistently since the release of our record, and trying to promote ourselves to the best of our ability. We have no agent, no manager, or any other big shot in the industry calling in favors for us, so our mark on the industry may not seem apparent yet. However, We can think of hundreds of bands that started out right were we are, and grew into established bands over the years. Carbon Copy Media manufactured and distributed 70,000 samplers to our knowledge that were distributed to people on last years Fall Out Boy tour. JT and Mark have both tried their hardest to support our band, and promote our CD."
