Actually, it's a little funny... but not funny enough for a comeback! The 46-year-old, who last released an album in 1992, has decided it is the perfect time to get back in the game. This time he's working with Babyface.

 

DeBarge even has a manager who is speaking to the press on his behalf. Gregory Williams told Vibe magazine, "The voice is still there. El still has that gift."

 

No word if his manager was threatened with "the ass whipping of a lifetime" if he didn't say that.
