Avril is by far the most distinctive Pop/Punk/Bubblegum/Rock chick on the scene. In addition to being the self-proclaimed motherf***ing princess, she's also unreasonably hot.
Interesting Fact from Wikipedia:
Avril is French for "April", while la vigne means "the vine" or "the vineyard".
I suppose spending the entire month of April in a vineyard could explain how she made this list .
