Former Goodie Mobber, current Gnarls Barkley man and connsumate soul machine, Cee-Lo Green has bought the rights to rare Jimi Hendrix recordings dating to the early and mid-sixties.

According to NME.com, Cee-Lo brokered the deal with Allen Music Services the catalog's owner, early Hendrix producer Ed Chaplin. Green will release the recordings on his newly minted Radiculture imprint.
