Britney Spears needs some serious rehab, and according to Contact Music, she's going to get it. Britney has reportedly rented out an entire wing of the Promises rehab center so she can have privacy and won't have to mix in with the other patients. I guess the curtain that goes around her bed just wasn't enough for Brit.
According to one insider, "She wants all the rooms on her wing. It will cost her hundreds of thousands (of dollars)."
If this is true, then Britney is really make a strong effort to steal Mariah Carey's crown as "Most Ballin' Pop Singer Alive." Mariah rents out a whole plane, Britney rents out a whole rehab center; it's a game of back and forth. I think the first one who can incorporate dolphins into their everyday life will be the official winner.
Unfortunately for Britney, if her ex-husband is correct, then she might not have much longer to win this competition. Contact Music reports that Spears' ex-husband-of-twelve-minutes, Jason Alexander, is scared Britney will suffer a fate similar to Anna Nicole Smith.
"I have never said anything about Britney and drugs before but I am very, very concerned about her. I am really worried that she will wind up like Anna Nicole Smith and be found dead."
Alexander says that Spears needs to leave Hollywood and get back to her roots as a country girl. Obviously Jason has never listened to Neil Young. It's better to burn out than to fade away. Alexander should get back to his roots as a guy who doesn't get interviewed and whose destiny is to be briefly mentioned on VH1's "I Love the 2000s."
