Effective Wednesday at noon, Britney Spears will have to give up custody of her children to Kevin Federline.
OK! Magazine somehow obtained a copy of the court documents, which read as follows:
The court's prior order including the orders made on September 28, 2007 remain in full force and effect with the following modification: Respondent is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday October 3rd, 2007 at 12 PM until further order of the Court.
According to reports, the court's decision may be related to the recent automobile charges against Spears. Spears was charged with a hit & run and driving without a valid license, stemming from an incident in August. Allegedly, her children were in the car at the time. Spears was also recently ordered to submit to random drug testing, so it's possible she failed.
Federline and Spears had been splitting custody of the two children, 2-year old Sean Preston and 1-year old Jayden James. Now, Federline will have full custody until further notice.
