Britney Spears has hired Jeff Kwatinetz of L.A. agency The Firm to be her new manager, according to Rolling Stone. Spears split with longtime manager Larry Rudolph in April, around the time of her head-shaving incident. Kwatinetz was recently in the limelight when he was fired by another pop star, Kelly Clarkson.

Britney has also reportedly filmed a new video for the song "Get Back." Britney is allegedly financing this video with her own money because her record label does not support a comeback at this time. If you recall, Spears already shot a video for "Get Back," in which she did a stripper dance routine. Rumor is that during that first shoot, Britney had a breakdown while performing a pole dance and the director sent everyone home. But don't worry, the second video is supposedly stripped-themed as well.

In related Britney Spears news, NME is reporting that Spears went topless and made out with a college student on the set of the new video. Apparently a bunch of people from the video went to hang out at a pool after shooting had wrapped up, and a drunk Spears took her top off and summoned an extra to make out with her. NME reports that the college student couldn't "seal the deal" because one of his friends got drunk and he had to take him home. Sure.

Besides the manager switch, this whole story sounds ridiculous, so I would suggest taking it with a grain of salt. On the other hand, we continually hear crazy shit about Britney Spears. So either A) Britney is the craziest person of all-time, or B) people are just constantly making stuff up about her. Honestly, it could be either one.
