Britney Spears must submit to random drug testing in order to keep custody of her children.
Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon handed down a statement saying: "Based on the evidence presented the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances by [Spears]."
Should Spears fail to comply, custody of the children will be given to Kevin Federline.
On Monday, Spears' former bodyguard testified that he saw "drug use, nudity and safety issues" while working for Spears. That probably didn't help Britney's case.
Well, this is it for Britney. If she doesn't get it together for the kids, then you can pretty much consider her in Anna Nicole Smith Defcon 3 Phase.
