Out on bail, fresh outta jail, Massachusetts dreamin'... Bobby Brown has been released from his jail cell after paying the $19,000 he owed in child support payments. Brown was arrested on Sunday night after skipping a court date set for Monday of last week. He was ordered to remain in prison until he paid $19K to his baby-momma Kim Ward.
