After having spent the last 12 years or so struggling from over-exposure, Billy Ray Cyrus has finally worked his way back to the top of the charts, with his new album, Home At Last.

The man, who kind of helped to put mullets on the map, debuts the album at No. 3 on Billboard's Country Albums Chart this week, having sold 28,000 copies.

The album will also be in the Top 20 on the Billboard 200, which is easily Billy's highest chart debut since 1993's It Won't Be the Last.

Meanwhile, Cyrus' daughter Miley was a No. 5 last week, in her fifth week on the charts. Gotta be a small (or gigantic) shot to the ego when your daughter, 41 years your junior, is incalculably more popular than you. Well, maybe not if you're a former contestant on "Dancing with the Stars."
