Say it isn't so.... word on the street, though, is Tim Wheeler, prior to playing "Twilight of the Innocents," "the last song off our final album." Final album? No! This is completely unacceptable.
Drowned in Sound is the site reporting the quote, which comes as a surprise, considering all the interviews the band has done saying they are having a great time being a trio again, and how much fun they have been having playing.
For now, I'm taking it as a rumor, or a possibly mis-heard bit of stage banter, but am obligated to report it, regardless.
