Tuesday morning and I'm still exhausted enough to rock the glamorous Diet Coke breakfast. Why am I so tired? Balls of Fury: the movie that is a cure for insomnia. I might keep it on hand simply for its sleep-inducing qualities... even the dog was out. Anyway... since being in the office this morning, I have learned I -- yet again -- almost accidentially killed myself, as the formula on the vitamins I have been taking for almost a year changed, and they now include fish products. Which I am allergic to. No wonder I am all itchy and rashy, being allergic to fish. I've now had to take a Benadryl, which means... I'll just be even more tired. Awesome! So maybe I'll give you the news before I collapse entirely, due Benadryl being the Balls of Fury of the medicine cabinet.

Like that tie-in? Yeah, me too. Anyway....

Pete Wentz wrote one of the funniest online posts in a while on the FallOutBoyRock site, where he said he got a motorcycle for Xmas, admitted he looks "scary" on the cover of CosmoGilr! [and added "you can't polish a turd"] and then threw in: "not too sure that anyone gets that the new panic song is a joke. sell me a sense of humor. the new record is different than whatever you are thinking."

Wait -- what? That song about how they've been busy writing songs is a joke? No way! Maybe it's just that people don't expect jokes from Panic! At The Disco? Anyway, Panic! has put a new puzzle on their Web site. I'm the worst at this stuff; I just wait for people to tell me what they're all about. It's like that Soduku craze -- I think anyone who does that is a masochist.

It's Tuesday and there isn't much in the way of new releases. I'm thinking we have to let the year kick in a bit more before we start getting deluged again. Honestly, after August-October 2007, the break is kind of welcome.

However, if you like Weezer, you should be set. Here's their message on their upcoming album:

Greetings fellow Weezer-ites. We'd like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and the Happiest of New Years. And it's going to be a very happy one because album six is finished and personally I think it's our best yet. Never have the four of us worked so hard and passionately on an album and we all look forward to performing this culmination of our talents and combined knowledge in 2008 in a city near you!

A bit pretentious for me, but to my knowledge, no band has ever pre-hyped their album by saying "wow, we really blew this one. Wait until you hear how hard it sucks, and buy our earlier albums instead because they're way better. Not that I am saying this is true of Weezer [I haven't heard the new one] but I think it would be funny if someone did say that.

Okay, enough out of me. Discuss amongst yourselves and rock on.
