Dave Lavinsky, Co-Founder and CEO

Dave has a history of successfully launching and growing businesses of all sizes. As a recognized business planning authority, Dave has personally assisted in the launch and development of over 100 ventures. Dave earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Virginia and his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Pete Kennedy, Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations

Pete has had a passion for music since childhood and plays the drums on a semi-professional basis. Pete manages content development and assists with marketing campaigns. Pete earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.

Phil Frost, Co-Founder and Vice President of Technology

Phil manages the tech development and Internet advertising for Shoutmouth. Most of his recent years were devoted to football and engineering, but he always had a passion for computers and the Internet. Phil earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and his Master of Engineering Management from Thayer School of Engineering.

Andrew Bordeaux, Marketing Manager

Andrew's background in music includes being a singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer. He has also worked on the marketing side of music, having marketed Veritas Records through the development and distribution of promotional materials. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Harvard University.

Matt Sielski, Lead Developer

Matt Sielski is an experienced web programmer with expertise in web design, application development and database development. Matt earned his Bachelors degree in Computer Science with a minor in Cognitive Science from Rutgers University.
