I really wish they were more into the touring business these days.
Also, I have would have to say that releasing Jack and Meg cameras is sort of ironic seeing how the last piece of news on the Stripes was an alleged Meg White sex tape.
Anyhoo, here are some relevent details from their newsletter:
The White Stripes and Lomography present two completely custom cameras: the JACK Holga and MEG Diana+. The legendary Diana and Holga cameras are known for their serendipitous 'imperfections' and cinematic qualities. These special editions follow the band's red, white and black color scheme down to the peppermint swirl on their frame advance dials. Frequent collaborator Rob Jones designed the custom packaging for both sets. Only 3000 of each camera were made.
MEG Diana+ Multi Function All-Plastic Camera comes with 'Nobody Knows How To Talk To Children' Ringflash and custom Peppermint Film Mask Filter.
The first 333 to purchase both cameras will receive one of three previously unavailable concert posters designed by Rob Jones.
The cameras are available now here. The other relevant detail: They're 180 bucks a pop.
