The band played at The Grammercy Theatre in NYC last week, and now, like magic, there is live video of three new songs from the band online.

The quality is pretty good -- the audio could be better, especially since it's from Spin, but such is life. You still get a good idea what the songs are like and what the new album is going to sound like.
