Van Zant is gearing up for the release of their sophomore album, My Kind of Country, on August 18th, but first they'll release "That Scares Me," the album's first single, on April 16th.

The longhaired country rockers are looking to shoot a video for the single soon, so look for it to debut in the next few weeks.

Also, Van Zant is up for the ACM's Vocal Event of the Year award on May 15 in Las Vegas.
