Further, the band will be having one local band play at every show. They said, via press release:

Every day we come across so many young bands who have been working their asses off trying to make a name for themselves. We see how important this life is to those doing it for the sake of working hard and bringing back honest music to the fans and that is something we have always appreciated. We told ourselves that one day if we ever got the chance, we would do our best to help out as many of those bands as possible.

So many bands get to a certain level and forget the fact that they once struggled to be where they are. Some take for granted the fact that they had good Family, friends etc. from every angle believing in them and being supportive when they were at their worst of times and we think that sucks.

So with that said, we will be adding a local band on every single bill in every single city. Some will be good friends, some will be who we have met at gas stations and some will be found on the good ole' Information Super Highway. No matter how we find them, we WILL have a local band on every show.

We might not know locals in every town we play, so we set up an email and myspace so people can let us know. Tell us about the best bands we don’t know here www.myspace.com/196158479 or thesleepingtour2007@gmail.com

How cool is that? Their first headlining tour and they're already giving back -- all over the country. That's what I like to call "keeping it real".
