Rapper The Game will be able to avoid jail as long as he can avoid trouble for six months. In other words he'll probably be in jail within the next six months. The Game, who collabo'd with Ja Rule recently, is charged with impersonating a police officer but if he's on his best behavior and doesn't get in trouble for half a year, the charges will be dismissed.

He was nabbed in November of 2006 after a yellow cab was pulled over for running red lights. The driver later told police that The Game told him he was a police officer and instructed him to run the lights. It's like The Game watched that new Chamillionaire video one too many times and just didn't realize Cham was acting.

The 27-year-old rapper is also awaiting sentencing in California for possession of a firearm in a school zone, exhibiting a firearm in the presence of an officer and making criminal threats.
