Ben Gautrey has recently been speaking about how change has been a good thing for the band. Between leaving the land of major labels to self-release and the loss of bassist Didz Hammond, he says they're stronger than ever for it.

Where has this positive attitude come from? When speaking to Belfast Today, Ben said, "Look at Muse, they're a band who can change and evolve and they're still voted as one of the best live bands on the planet." He also added how much The Cure's Robert Smith, who the band toured with a couple of years ago on the Curiosa tour, impacted them. "Seeing Robert Smith and how he's been his own man for so long only made us more determined, I think. In terms of an example to follow, that's not a bad one."

Agreed, agreed.

In other news, Belfast Today thinks of The Cooper Temple Clause as "post hardcore." Discuss.
