Roshawn Anthony, who Foxy Brown accused of helping beat and rob her last weekend, walked out of Rikers Island a free woman yesterday after Foxy changed her story and refused to testify.

According to the New York Daily News, the district attorney's office had until 5 p.m. last night to indict Anthony on charges of assault and robbery, but could not without Brown's testimony to a grand jury.

Brown had initially helped cops I.D. Anthony in the hours following the attack on her in East New York last Saturday, but then refused to cooperate at the behest of her manager, Chaz Williams. She later denied the incident ever took place.

The attack allegedly occurred after the rapper split with her boyfriend, 33-year-old Timothy Collier, after learning he was a pimp. According to sources, Collier ordered the beating as revenge.
