The two talk about MIA's new record, Kala, which Pitchfork seemed to dig almost as much as we at Shoutmouth. Finally, they discuss her new haircut and the fact that she's just signed Afrikan Boy to her label, Zig Zag. You can hear Afrikan Boy on the fifth cut from Kala, "Hussel."
The video interview is a touch slow but it does feature a Spike Jonze/MIA convo about Ketamine. Maya helps to explain the drug's hallucinatory effects to Spike while her hairdresser defends the fact that he wasn't on the drug while doing her hair.
