Serj Tankian, the System of a Down front man, will release his new album Elect The Dead on October 23rd.
To promote the album, Tankian will be going out on a North American tour in October. Here are the already-announced dates, courtesy of LiveDaily:

Tankian will also be revealing European tour dates sometime in the near future.
Also, for all you System of a Down fans, there is some good and bad news. The good: Serj will be performing System songs on this tour. The bad: in an interview with Billboard, he confirmed that System is still on "indefinite hiatus."
