On September 6th, Scott Weiland used one of Velvet Revolver's off-days to perform with country artist Tommy Joe Wilson at a Nashville club.
Weiland stopped by the Second Fiddle Club in Nashville and performed a cover of the Marshall Tucker Band's "Heard It In A Love Song" with Wilson's band.
Tommy Joe Wilson is signed to Weiland's own Softdrive label, and will release a debut record in 2008.
