The Street Scene Festival, held at a reasonable time of the year -- September 22nd-23rd -- features a kick-ass lineup including The Killers, Muse, Panic! At the Disco, Arctic Monkeys, Brand New, and others. It takes place at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.
