A Philly-based website called Philadelphia Weekly Online has a segment where it judges new releases based on nothing except the album cover. Not only is this hilarious, but it's just as informative as 95% of the reviews in music magazines. I really wish I had thought of this.
Here's an excerpt from the review of Enrique's Insomniac album cover:
Enrique looks like he just got wasted at a wedding and forgot he had a photo shoot. He probably made out with every single woman at the wedding, including the bride and some grandmas.
