It appears that Phil Spector's young wife, Rachelle, is in the spotlight again. It's amazing how these things work: the woman's husband is dealing with a deadlocked jury in a second-degree murder trial, and yet, she manages to make the news almost as much as he does. And this time, it's because of a comment on her now deleted MySpace page.
On Sunday night, a comment appeared that read:
I love Phil Spector——-!!!!!
The Evil Judge Should DIE!!!!

The problem? It was not posted by Rachelle, even though the impersonator included a photo of herself in a "Team Spector" shirt that Rachelle has been seen sporting in the courtroom. And while the comment was deleted along with Mrs. Spector's MySpace,
Unfortunately for Rachelle, who has had her problems with the judge, this could lead to some harsh words from Judge Fidler. Though I can't help but think the judge is on pins and needles, waiting for the verdict to come down, especially since his for the jury will fall under heavy scrutiny should the producer be found guilty.
Meanwhile, the jury is still out, and my guess is, the jurors who said they didn't believe anything could break the 7-5 deadlock weren't kidding. But I remain on verdict watch, much like everyone else in the world who has been following this trial since it began in April.
