The David Bowie curated High Line Festival, which recently became The H&M High Line Festival, has officially announced some performers.
Pfork announced, via Bowie's official site, that the festival will include performances from Air, Arcade Fire, Deerhoof, The Polyphonic Spree, The Secret Machines, Laurie Anderson, Ken Nordine, Daniel Johnston, Bang on a Can All Stars, The Legendary Stardust Cowboy and comedian/”Office”-creator Ricky Gervais.
Excitement downgrade: performances will be held all across NYC and not in one place. Booooo. I guess Bowie's performance will be the only one actually at the railroad?

05-10 Air - Theatre at Madison Square Garden
05-11 The Polyphonic Spree - Hammerstein Ballroom
05-15 Deerhoof - Irving Plaza
