Nelly Furtado and Billy Talent were the big winners at last night's Juno Awards, Canada's equivalent of the Grammys.

Nelly Furtado pulled a Dixie Chicks and walked out with all five awards she was nominated for while Billy Talent snagged two at the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan event.

Furtado won for Fan Choice Award, Single of the Year, Album of the Year, Artist of the Year and Pop Album of the Year.

Billy Talent won for Group of the Year and Rock Album of the Year in addition to opening up the show with a performance of "Devil In A Midnight Mass."

The Dixie Chicks showing was quite a bit more modest than their Grammy miracle, taking home one Juno for International Album of the Year.
