According to AllHipHop.com today, an officer noticed that the tags on the rapper's 2005 Lincoln Navigator were expired while he was attempting to go through the Battery Tunnel in Brooklyn around 10 p.m. Once he had Meth pulled over, the officer noticed two blunts and a plastic bag of marijuana on the front seat. When asked, the rapper admitted to having more under the driver's seat.

The NYPD took Meth into custody and charged him with unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and driving an un-inspected motor vehicle. He was released early Friday morning.
