It looks like Massive Attack has enlisted TV On the Radio's producer and guitar player, David Sitek, to produce their next album, the first since 2003's 100th Window. Sitek's other credits include Yeah Yeah Yeahs and The Liars.
Sitek was nervous the Massive Attack dudes wouldn't care for him because he said it's obvious he has lifted their ideas in the past.
"I thought he was going to take my lunch money or something. Then to be asked to work on it was like, 'Holy fuck.' It's one of those things I don't even question," Sitek said.
The funny thing is, Massive Attack's Robert Del Naja was just as nervous to speak with TV on the Radio. NME says he had to get Mos Def to break the ice for him. Deets and a horribly confusing quote over at NME.com.
