Martina McBride will swing by New York City on July 4 to perform alongside "American Idol" winner Jordin Sparks and other contestants Blake Lewis and Melinda Doolittle.
The show will be broadcast live on NBC and Double M will perform "Anyway" as the Macy's Fourth of July Spectacular opening song. Blake and Melinda will perform a "patriotic song" together.
Natalie Morales and Tiki Barber host the show.
