Lee Woods, accused of aiding in the shooting of two New York police officers earlier this week, is also a suspect in the murder of Dipset rapper Stack Bundles in Queens last month.

The New York Daily News confirmed today that police informants told them that Woods, who was already in custody, might also be responsible for the death of Stack Bundles in a botched robbery attempt. The rapper was killed early in the morning of June 11 outside of his apartment building in Far Rockaway, Queens.

Woods faces charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault on a police officer and weapons possession in connection to the Monday shooting of NYPD officers Russel Timoshenko and Herman Yan. Yan was treated and released, but Timoshenko remains in the hospital in "grave" condition and unable to breathe without the aid of a respirator.

Woods stands accused of driving the stolen car that the officers initially pulled him and two associates over in. All three suspects had been taken into custody as of this morning.
