A German rapper (yeah they exist) named Bushido has sued MIMS over his use of a silhouetted character in place of the letter "I" in his logo.

AllHipHop.com reports today that all sales of MIMS' Music Is My Savior have been halted in the country until the suit is settled or MIMS' label, Universal can come up with an alternate cover. The website has a side by side comparison of the logos here.

Wow, it looks like MIMS' people straight swagger jacked on that one. They're identical. This is a major label we're talking about here. Where was the Universal legal department on that one?
