MIMS was hit with a $7.5 million lawsuit last week by a New York talent agent who claims he failed to appear at one of her events because she was a woman.

The New York Post reported Saturday that Marquita Blair put a $2,500 deposit down through the rapper's agent for a ten minute performance at Manhattan club Eugene on April 5. Had he shown, MIMS would have collected $10,000.

In her suit, Blair claims that the rapper failed to perform because of his "discriminatory attitude" towards women. Close readers will remember that MIMS, who had the number one single in the country at the time, came under fire during the Imus controversy for his use of the words "bitches" and "hoes."

Wait, what? MIMS makes $1,000 per minute?
