He also feels Noel's money makes him somehow incapable of writing a good song again. But Luke isn't going to let that happen to him, or his band! [By the way, Luke Pritchard is the singer for The Kooks, in case you were wondering.]

Luke recently said he wanted to write as much material as he could before his band got big because he doesn't want to be stuck with what he percieves as Noel's dilemma. He recently said, "He wrote all the songs before he got big. You can't write about having a shit time when you're living in a mansion."

Fair enough, Luke, and I even agree. But who is to say he can't write a good song about something other than "having a shit time"? There's no rule that says Oasis has to write specific types of songs and perhaps Noel can pull it together and come off with a brilliant album that shows an evolved musician and a new outlook on life. Who's to say?

And what does Luke Pritchard care, anyway? Oh, yeah... he just got his name in the press for crap-talking Noel Gallagher. Got it.
