NME is sort of reporting that Lily Allen and Dizzee Rascal are hooking it up with Alex Turner and James Righton, of Arctic Monkeys and Klaxons, respectively, to form a supergroup. No word yet on what would be so super about it.
Granted, all these people can knock shit out the park on their own (excluding Lils, in my humble) but together? Ehhh, whatever. We all heard Night Ripper and it wasn't all that.
The group told reporters at Glastonbury this weekend that they'd already recorded material and that it's "definitely happening."
I'm guessing they were drunk and joking or they were drunk and joking. Either way, I'd MySpace a couple tracks I guess.
Also, NME seems to really want to believe it, but reports it by making fun of The Mirror, who originally repored it.
