Lil Wayne, Common, Cee-Lo, Timbaland and Kanye West will perform at this year's MTV Music Awards.

The show is set for the Palms Casino Resort in Vegas on September 9.

Timbaland will join in on some "show-stopping and unexpected artist collaborations for this one night only." I believe that means he'll perform with multiple artists. Could be awesome, could be incredibly lame. Kinda like that whole Shock Value thing.
