LeAnn Rimes is in Atlanta today filming for an upcoming Luke Perry movie, Good Intentions. Yes, I meant to type Luke Perry's name and yes this is happening.
The good news is that Luke isn't actually listed on the IMDB page for the movie. However, Elaine Hendrix and Jon Gries are.
LeAnn's role is her first in a film and she will play the younger sister of a woman who turns to a criminal lifestyle to support her children. Sounds like that ones headed straight for DVD and not looking back. On the other hand, it is a comedy, so there's hope.
Also, in case you'd forgotten, LeAnn's next album, Family, will be out October 9 on Curb Records. Producer Dan Huff is currently putting finishing touches on the album.
