Unlike Kelly Jones' side project, which sounded like a stripped-down Sterophonics, Javier's is a bit different. Mostly because it's all in Spanish. It's called Capitan Melao, and songs and tour dates have been announced.
Four songs are available on the official MySpace; "Ol Vido", "Tu Querer", "Ser Por Dos", and "Buenas Taldes" are currently on the player. The music is described as "Latin/Rock/Electronica" -- and not really what you'd expect from a Stereophonic. And yet, it kind of is.
