A 41-year old puss... I mean, man, is suing Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri, alleging that the couple's bodyguard choked him at a Manhattan club in 2004. Jackson had asked for the case to be dropped, but a judge just ruled in favor of proceeding with the charges.
The New York Post has more details on the case. Quite frankly, we don't need any more details. Even if the the bodyguard had ripped this guy's throat out of his neck and then smacked him with it like it was a wet towel, he's still not entitled to $120 million. "Oh my God, I got choked, someone owes me the gross domestic product of Guatemala." This case would be a mockery of our legal system, except that we are talking about the American legal system.
