Jadakiss swung by Hot 97 recently to reveal plans for a new LOX album. The group, which also includes Styles P and Sheek Louch, hasn't released an album since 2001's We Are The Streets.
The Yonkers native revealed that the new material could drop as soon as May or June. He remained tight-lipped on which label the album would be released through, and if it would have to be distributed under the D-Block name, which the group adopted after leaving Bad Boy Records in the late-nineties.
According to Def Sounds, Jada sounded enthusiastic to be working with his homies again: "It's been 6 years since the last Lox album, but it's fun and easy to see how the music sounds after all these years."
The rapper also hinted that he'd follow up the LOX project with solo album.
