The appropriately titled Resolution has finally been released and marks the end of the band's career. Although they announced their breakup at the end of January, today is their true swansong.
On 01/29/07, the band released the following short statement:
Hidden In Plain View have decided to disband due to professional and creative differences. To our families, friends and most importantly, our fans, thank you for all your love and support over the past six years. The band had recently recorded a new album, "Resolution", which will see a release this summer on Drive-Thru Records.
And now that day has come to pass.
The whole album is streaming on the band's MySpace right now, should you be inclined to give it a listen. It's a nice little pop punk album and a fitting end to their career, I think.
Now, we wait to see what the guys go on to do on their own....
