With the label seeking $200,000 plus court costs, the label has made a public statement condemning JT Woodruff and Mark Daily for "ceasing communication" and "effectively abandoning the Ellison and Signal Home releases."
The label's statement goes on to claim Carbon Copy Media has "destroyed" the two young bands' careers, as well as caused great harm to Asteria.
