Garth Brooks plans to sing at a September 18 benefit concert to raise money for a Martin Luther King Jr. memorial, to be placed in Washington D.C.

The show is scheduled for New York City's Radio City Music Hall and will also feature performances from Queen Latifah, Babyface, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and Carlos Santana.

Organizers have raised $81 million but they're looking for a total of $100 million for the memorial, so buy those tickets when they go on sale Monday, July 30.

The memorial will be located on the National Mall between the Lincoln and Jefferson memorials.
