British aristocrat Sir Benjamin Slade is looking for an heir to his mansion. Slade recently did a Discovery Channel documentary that led to 15,000 so-called-relatives submitting applications to take over his estate. One of the leading candidates right now is Isaac Slade, singer of The Fray, reports CNN.

"He is my new best friend," said Sir Benjamin. "Isaac is definitely one of the hot contenders. It is looking good."

No word on whether Isaac actually submitted an application (after all, he's already rich), but the two met in person and hit it off. Benjamin was a fan of Isaac's morals and the way he redefined the term "rock star."

"He is in a Christian band," Sir Benjamin says of Isaac. "He learned his music playing in church for years. He doesn't take drugs and is in bed by 9.30. He doesn't smoke and he doesn't drink much."

He continued, "He seems to be a very focused young man and wants to have lots of children. We will get the genealogists working on it to see how closely related we are. I would love to hand it over."

Remember when your parents used to tell you life isn't fair? This is exactly what they're talking about. Isaac Slade is in a famous band, touring the country and wooing morally-tight women everywhere with his brand of doctor-rock. And now he might be given a mansion? Suck on that, continent of Africa! Of course, this was never in question. As soon as the two met, Isaac's soothing voice surely captured the heart of Sir Benjamin. No matter how hard you try, you can't escape The Fray.
