Foxy Brown is looking to advance her career in the coming months, despite the fact that she's been ordered to prison for a year. She'll release her new album on November 20, her first since 2001's Broken Silence.

The album will also be her first release for Koch/Black Hand Entertainment. It is apparently titled Brooklyn's Don Diva and even though it is supposedly a mixtape, her manager says it will be heavily promoted.

Black Roses, an official release, will supposedly be out in early 2008.

Brown was recently ordered to prison for one year after violating her probation with two legal run-ins. Foxy had this to say about her prison stay:

This is just a temporary situation. I made my bed and have no problem lying in it. ... I think there are greater injustices in America that require our immediate attention, like what's going on in Jena, Louisiana. I will not surrender, I'm fine, free Jena Six!
