Eve was arrested in April after a car crash involving her Maserati and a lane divider.

TMZ.com reports that the rapper's lawyer, Blair Berk, was in front of a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge yesterday cutting a plea deal on behalf of his client, who registered a .08 blood alcohol content after the accident.

Under the terms of the deal, Eve will serve 36 months of "informal probation," enroll in an alcohol education class, pay $1,400 in fines and penalties and wear a SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet for 45 days.
