Enrique Iglesias is glad to be a man, because he doesn't think he could deal with having a period.
The singer was quoted as saying, "I think it must be harder to be female than male. Apart from having to deal with period pains, pregnancy and child birth, I think women are more emotional than men. It's not just that they find it easier to talk about emotions, I think they actually feel emotions more deeply."
Sounds like Enrique has seen a stand-up comedian recently. Do you ever wonder how stuff like this comes up in the first place? Does a reporter get bored and start asking questions like, "so Enrique, how do you feel about menstruation?"
Regardless, there are many reasons why we should all be glad that Enrique was born a man. Here are several of those reasons:
-He wouldn't have made the "Hero" video.
-He wouldn't have made the "Escape" video.
-He wouldn't have made the "Do You Know?" video.
-He wouldn't have made the "Bailamos" video.
-He wouldn't have made the rest of his videos that feature hot chicks wearing little-to-no clothing (i.e., all of his videos).
-He wouldn't have started the trend of wearing winter hats in the summer. Alright, maybe that's not the best selling point.
