The festival, held November 3rd and 4th in Asbury Park, NJ, has revealed the two headlining acts -- Saturday will see Against Me! and Sunday will see Glassjaw. The rest of the lineup has yet to be announced, but I can guess it will be good.
The saintsandsinnersfest.com Web site has ticket information -- the pre-sale begins this Friday, July 13th.
The Crusade, an aspect of the festival, is running two battles of the bands -- one in Pennsylvania and one in New Jersey -- with the grand prize band winning a main stage slot at the festival, amongst other prizes. Details are forthcoming, but they have begun accepting bands for the preliminary rounds.
This isn't a typical rock festival; there are a million cool aspects to it, so check it out.
The only real intrigue of it all is: will Glassjaw make the performance?
