I say "new" because it's really just a compilation of older songs by the band, sort of a "best of," rather than anything new. It's called Notes From the Past and will be released by Victory Records on October 30th.

The tracklisting is:

Chapter 1

You Know How I Do
You’re So Last Sumer
Ghost Man On Third
Cute Without The ‘E’

Chapter 2

A Decade Under The Influence
Bonus Mosh pt. II
The Photograph Is Proof (I Know You Know)
Number Five With A Bullet
One Eighty By Summer
...Slowdance On The Inside

FOOTNOTES (B-SIDES)

The Ballad of Sal Villanueva
Your Own Disaster ‘04

Don't ask me why this was necessary, but it is what it is. Maybe it will introduce some new people to the band, putting their "best" songs on one CD. On some level, that makes sense, since I think they made some new fans while touring with Projekt Revolution this summer, and people like a convenient package like this, rather than buying an artist's whole back catalogue.
